My Favorite Maternity Clothing
If you didn’t know already, I was on bed rest for the last thirteen weeks of pregnancy. Do you know how long that is when you’re pregnant? More importantly, do you know how hard that is when you’re pregnant. A. You have to pee- a lot. Luckily, I was allowed to use the restroom, but, it seemed like I was up and down a lot more than I should have been just for that reason. B. It’s very hard to feel prepared for baby and get your house prepared for baby when you aren’t allowed to get up and do things. There is nothing like thinking of a long list of things that need to be done and not being able to do them. I can’t thank my husband and family enough. They truly stepped up to the plate in getting the house and everything ready for our sweet little one, as I could not do it myself. But, I’m getting side tracked.

Anyway, as I was progressing through pregnancy, I was finding it harder and harder to find clothing that fit comfortably. So, I turned to my favorite shopping friend- Amazon! The thing I love about Amazon is, whatever you order is delivered to your doorstep in a day or two. So, I could order a pair of leggings, pants, or shirt from Amazon and have it in the blink of an eye. With Amazon, most orders return ship for free too. So, if I didn’t like the look of some of the clothing, or the fit or feel of the item, I just tossed it back in the bag and it was returned. No hassle, no driving to and from a store, no post office visits. I just tossed it back in the mailbox (well, I didn’t hubby or parents did) and off it went. Money back in my account too, no problem. So, if you haven’t signed up, get with the times and sign up for Amazon Prime – Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial. Amazon brought me many of my maternity clothing pieces. I can’t wait to share those items with you and other ones that I would recommend to you. I also quite a few nursing items from Amazon too. Stay tuned for my Amazon Nursing Clothing post, it will go live next Tuesday!
What maternity clothing did you love from Amazon? While you’re preparing for motherhood, buying the necessary clothing, make sure to mentally prepare. Learn more on how to do that from a post written by a guest writer about preparing for motherhood without losing yourself. It’s a great read, make sure to check it out.
Confused on when you’re getting your ultrasounds or what to expect at those appointments? Check out the post about that, written by an actual sonographer— yours truly 🙂
