Amazon Maternity Clothing Necessities

My Favorite Maternity Clothing

If you didn’t know already, I was on bed rest for the last thirteen weeks of my first pregnancy. Do you know how long that is when you’re pregnant? More importantly, do you know how hard that is when you’re pregnant.

A- You have to pee- a lot. Luckily, I was allowed to use the restroom, but, it seemed like I was up and down a lot more than I should have been just for that reason.

B- It’s very hard to feel prepared for baby and get your house prepared for baby when you aren’t allowed to get up and do things. There is nothing like thinking of a long list of things that need to be done and not being able to do them.

I can’t thank my husband and family enough. They truly stepped up to the plate in getting the house and everything ready for our sweet little one, as I could not do it myself. But, I’m getting side tracked.

Anyway, as I was progressing through pregnancy, I was finding it harder and harder to find clothing that fit comfortably. So, I turned to my favorite shopping friend- Amazon!

The thing I love about Amazon is, whatever you order is delivered to your doorstep in a day or two. So, I could order a pair of leggings, pants, or shirt from Amazon and have it in the blink of an eye.

With Amazon, most orders return ship for free too.

So, if I didn’t like the look of some of the clothing, or the fit or feel of the item, I just tossed it back in the bag and it was returned. No hassle, no driving to and from a store, no post office visits.

I just tossed it back in the mailbox (well, I didn’t hubby or parents did) and off it went. Money back in my account too, no problem.

Pregnancy means needing new clothing. Finding cute and affordable maternity clothing can be hard. So, I compiled a list of Maternity clothing - top picks from amazon. With free returns on your Amazon Prime clothing, you can try them on from the comfort of your own home! #maternityclothing #pregnancytips #pregnancy

So, if you haven’t signed up, get with the times and sign up for Amazon Prime – Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial. Amazon brought me many of my maternity clothing pieces.

I can’t wait to share those items with you and other ones that I would recommend to you. I also have quite a few nursing items from Amazon too. Check out my top picks for Amazon Nursing Clothing piecest!

These are all great tips. When I was pregnant I didn’t not like wearing pants! Loose shorts was okay for me.

Saving money on maternity clothes is so important. I never thought to look on Amazon when I was pregnant, but I’ll definitely suggest it know to any mamas-to-be I know.

I bet buying on Amazon probably saves a lot of money over buying at specialty places like Motherhood or Pea in the Pod.

Yes, it does! You can sometimes even find those brands on there- for cheaper. I didn’t really want to call them out….. but, my mom took me maternity shopping at Motherhood and I didn’t want her to buy much because it was so overpriced there. Just my opinion though 🙂

Great question! I always check reviews to see what people think of the sizing in general. Then I would check the fabric type, a lot of maternity clothing is made with fabric that will stretch with you as you grow. If you’d like to email
Me, I could help you with more specifics. Best of luck Mama!
