With beautiful summer finally here, I figured it was time to finally share another recipe! It’s been too long. This recipe is great for summer time, picnics, a light lunch or appetizer. I tossed this deliciousness together in no time and can’t wait to share the new Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese I found with you.

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato and Basil Recipe
1 whole ripe tomato
1 package of Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 bunch of basil
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper as desired
Slice up the tomato. Slice up the fresh, soft and delicate Stella fresh mozzarella cheese. Layer tomato, then fresh a
mozzarella cheese and a leaf of basil (or however much desired). Drizzle some EVOO over the layout and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
Enjoy this delicious healthy meal wherever you would like.
We chose to enjoy our fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil out in our backyard just before the farmers came through to harvest the wheat field behind us.
Stella Cheese has been around since 1923, so that means they know how to prefect the art of milky, soft, fresh mozzarella originally made in the Italian countryside. Knowing this, it made it very easy to put together an Italian known caprese salad type meal. If I wasn’t pregnant, I’d totally be enjoying a nice glass of wine with this fresh mozzarella.
