Gordon Biersch Review
(To find out my restaurant review criteria, check the page here)
Over the years, Dave and I have been going to Gordon Biersch in the Parole Shopping Center in Annapolis. We have seen a menu change through the years and really enjoy the meals that they are offering. We have been there with just us two, we’ve had a dinner with his parents there and my full time employer has also used them for after work happy hour events. But, recently, it has been a favorite place to go once we have had Caroline. We usually get a booth with her just because it’s easier to deal with her in a booth setting. Her car seat doesn’t fit in between the table and booth seat, but, we have that problem just about everywhere- if the table does not move freely. This is only a temporary problem, as she will be sitting in the high chair soon!
Homemade Mac N Cheese
So, I’m finally sharing my family recipe for home made Mac N Cheese. This is actually a recipe that my mom used over the years. She started making it for family holiday get togethers and now it is almost a requirement for her to bring it to any events. It’s very rich, creamy and delicious. The fat girl in me feels like I could eat the whole tray in one sitting but the reality girl inside of me knows that I shouldn’t do that. Let’s get to the yummyness.
