Cheese Danish- The Flaky and Creamy Dessert
This Cheese Danish has a flaky golden outside with a gooey, creamy and sweet cream cheese mixture filling on the inside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line the 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Lay out the first can of crescent rolls in one sheet- all the rolls still stuck together.
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla extract together. This creates the creamy filling.
Spread the mixture over the first crescent roll on the pan.
Spread the second can of crescent rolls on top of the mixture. Tuck the edges together to enclose the creamy mixture into the crescent roll sheets.
Brush the top sheet of crescent rolls with the egg whites.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
If you like, you can top with powdered sugar at the end for a decorative touch.
