Healthy Breakfast options for your Toddler- Super Morning Bowl and Yogurt Pouches
If you haven’t seen all of our posts over the last month or so, we have been partnering up with a fantastic company called Happy Family. They make different organic food products for babies and toddlers. They have two lines called HappyBaby and HappyTot. We’ve been lucky enough to try out their amazing organic yogurt pouches, which have quickly become one of our toddler’s obsessions. She loved the HappyBaby yogurt cups when she was younger and the baby food pouches.
Recently though, we have paired up with the HappyTot line from HappyFamily again and have introduced our toddler to her new favorite breakfast item! If she’s super hungry, she will gladly suck down a yogurt while running around the house as I make her the new Super Morning Bowl from HappyTot.
Getting toddlers to eat healthy can be quite difficult. A lot of the time they don’t care for many vegetables and even fruits. Our toddler has to be in the right mood to eat vegetables by themselves. She does fairly well with most fruits. But having the fruits, veggies and other super foods hidden in the yogurt pouches and super morning breakfast bowl gets the job done.
As I have mentioned before, one of the many reasons we love Happy Family is because their company goal is to help babies and toddlers cultivate a happy, healthy relationship with food that can contribute to lifelong wellness. It’s nice to have a company that you know will provide your child with nutritious, organic and delicious food choices.
I was happy to head to our local Walmart to find the new Super Morning Bowl from HappyTot. Grabbing the box off the shelf, I saw the common amazing qualities of a HappyFamily product. The Super Morning Oatmeal and Sprouted Quinoa Bowl is made with 100% USDA Organic, non GMO ingredients. It has 0g of added sugar. Each bowl contains 3g of fiber, 160mg of OMEGA-3 from Chia and is Gluten Free!
They offer this Super Morning Bowl in two flavors currently. You can find strawberries and banana, or our toddlers favorite choice, blueberry and apple flavor! The blueberry and apple is so delicious that I have made a Super Morning Bowl for myself when I am making one for her.
I hope these products from HappyFamily help give you some inspiration on what to feed your toddler for breakfast. Our little girl loves having the single serve yogurt pouches with a slice of Dave’s Killer Bread toasted or some scrambled eggs. After being provided this new ready to eat oatmeal super bowl from HappyTot, she gets very excited to have that as a breakfast option now too. We try to steer away from sugary cereals, “breakfast tarts” and other breakfast options that lack healthy, organic ingredients.
Head over to your local Walmart and check out these new Super Morning Bowls. If you’d like, we have a $1 off coupon just for you! Click through this link to download your coupon and add it to your grocery list. Don’t forget the HappyTot yogurt cups too!
